School Psychology
School Psychologists provide support for all district students. The school psychologist completes evaluations as mandated by the Committee on Special Education, completes functional behavioral assessments and provides counseling and emotional support to improve a students ability to function in the classroom. In addition, school psychologists consult with parents, staff and administrators on a variety of issues dealing with psychological health and how it impacts a students learning. The school psychologist is an integral member of each buildings Instructional Support Team and Crisis Intervention Team.
