- Air conditioning additions to Elementary Cafeterias, Global Learning Commons and Middle School Cafeteria
Middle School/Admin Building Site Improvement & Middle School Tech Lab (Open)
- Sidewalk enhancement, additional parking & renovation of technology rooms located in lower floor of Middle School
IT Building Replacment on Admin Building Site (Canceled)
- Replacement of portable building currently on site
MacCallum Field Renewal (Open)
- Belleville landscaping prepared to reseed most likely in April, 2024

High School Site Improvement & Window Replacement (Open)
Middle School Site Improvement & Cafeteria Servery (Complete)
- Parking addition and upgrades of cafeteria serving line
